Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
